2023 Service Rates
- Our in-shop service rate is $100 per hour. We warrant repair to the original documented defect (Malfunction Stated) for 90 days.
- We require an $100 + tax bench / evaluation fee at drop off per item. This charge is applied toward your first hour of labor. The bench fee covers a basic estimate and the first hour of service. Detailed estimates are billed at our hourly service rate.
- Lighting and Sound consoles 24 channels or greater, or consoles that require two technicians simultaneously are serviced at the rate of $175 per hour. Also, there is a surcharge of $50 for rush repairs requiring same day attention without an appointment. We strongly encourage you to call ahead of time to make an appointment.
- We temporarily have ceased on-site service for large-format mixing consoles. Please inquire directly to us for service rates and scheduling in our shop
- In most circumstances, we are unable to give an estimate of repair without seeing the piece of gear. Due to device complexity, the same symptom can have multiple causes. Often disassembling the unit and testing to component level is necessary to obtain an accurate diagnosis
- ***All items unclaimed 30 days after completion will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.***
- or A $2 per day storage charge will be assessed to all products left 30 days past notification of the completion of repair.

- We also work with tax-exempt organizations. Please provide proper documentation upon check-in. Per state regulations, tax-exempt forms must be renewed every year.
Factory Authorized Repairs
Presently we are providing in-house warranty service for Allen and Heath, EV, QSC, Yorkville, and Yamaha Professional products. We work closely with many other national manufacturers. With special authorization, we can perform warranty work for their products. Please bring your purchase receipt with your warranty repair.

We take pride in our work and truly care about the customer being satisfied with their equipment. To support this, we warrant repair to the original documented defect (Malfunction Stated upon drop-off) for 90 days after the product has left the shop.
Tube Purchases:
Due to recent changes in tube manufacturer return factory policies, tube warranties have been reduced. New tubes are pre-tested at the manufacturer AND by Gourmet PA Systems. They are guaranteed by the MANUFACTURER for 60 days. If we install and bias these tubes in your amp, we will warrant both tubes and re-biasing parts and labor during the 60 day warranty period (in the event of a tube failure)
