Gourmet P A Systems is a "Factory Authorized Service Center" that has been operating and servicing professional sound and lighting, and wireless equipment for over 25 years. This experience has taught us the variety and reality of your operating conditions. We specialize in the rapid service of 'Pro-Sound and Lighting' equipment as well as custom modifications of concert (touring) consoles, amplifiers, processors and lighting dimmers. Please notify us in advance if loaner or rental equipment is needed .
Factory Authorized Repairs:
Presently we are providing in-house warranty service for Allen and Heath, EV, **NSI, QSC, Rane, Soundcraft ,Yorkville, and Yamaha Professional products. We work closely with many other national manufacturers. With special authorization we can perform warranty work for their products. Please bring your purchase receipt with your warranty repair.
Shipping:
"Gourmet P A" will accept truck freight and UPS shipments once a return authorization number has been issued by our office. Unlike other service companies you can supply the parts for your repair. For dealers, parts orders may be billed directly to your OEM account.
Service Rates:
Our in-shop service rate is $80 per hour. We require an $80 bench/evaluation fee at drop off that is applied toward your first hour of labor. The bench fee covers a basic estimate and the first hour of service. Detailed estimates are billed at our hourly service rate. Lighting and Sound consoles larger than 24 channels or consoles that require two technicians simultaneously are serviced at the rate of $115 / hour. Travel fees are billed at our hourly rates. There is a surcharge of $50 for rush repairs requiring same day attention without an appointment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and prepaid orders. A $2 per day storage charge will be assessed to all products left 30 days past notification of the completion of repair.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday are open for drop-off appointments as well as "Service While You Wait" appointments, if applicable. Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays are reserved for appointment customers. Please see the contact information below to schedule an appointment. Our hours are as follows:
