Gourmet P A Systems is a "Factory Authorized Service Center" that has been operating and servicing professional sound and lighting equipment for over 25 years. This experience has taught us the variety and reality of your operating conditions. We specialize in the rapid service of 'Pro-Sound and Lighting' equipment and can provide custom modifications of concert (touring) consoles, amplifiers, processors and lighting dimmers.
Presently we are providing in-house warranty service for Allen and Heath, DBX, EV, **NSI, QSC, Rane, , and Yamaha Professional products. We work closely with many other national manufacturers. With special authorization we can perform warranty work for their products. Please bring your purchase receipt with your warranty repair.
"Gourmet P A" will accept truck freight and UPS shipments once a return authorization number has been issued by our office. Unlike other service companies you can supply the parts for your repair. For dealers, parts orders may be billed directly to your OEM account.
Our in-shop service rate is $65 per hour. We require a $65 deposit with each item received for servicing. The deposit covers a basic estimate or the first hour of service (our minimum charge). Basic estimates are $65 and detailed estimates are billed at our hourly rate. Large format consoles, typically 32 channels or more, are billed at $95 for each service hour, and generally are serviced by two technicians simultaneously.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and prepaid orders. A $2 per day storage charge will be assessed to all products left 30 days past notification of the completion of repair.
We are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10am - 6pm . Tuesday, Thursday, weekend, and extended evening hours are available by appointment only. We gladly accommodate emergencies, when possible.
