Gourmet P A Systems offers the following Returns Policy: The warranty of all individual items is that of the manufacturer. All semiconductors and potentiometers are returnable within 30 days providing the items purchased from us have not been used. Preamp vacuum tubes carry a 180 day warranty from the purchase date. Please contact us for a 'Return Authorization' number before returning any products to us. There is no warranty on used items unless stated otherwise
