Bonnie and I would like to thank our friends, families, and business colleagues for your genuine concern of Bonnie's present health crisis. We are trying to create a balance between our dynamic personal needs and business requirements. Please bear with us as we navigate these difficult changes. Temporarily we have restructured our hours -requesting that appointments be made for pickup and dropoff. This allows us to project our work schedule. We are running extended evening hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. We have been closing on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Presently our hours of operation are Monday and Wednesday from 10am - 8pm and Friday from 10am-6pm Eastern time. Additional hours are available by appointment.

This experience has taught us the variety and reality of your operating conditions. We specialize in the rapid service of 'Pro-Sound and Lighting' equipment and can provide custom modifications of concert (touring) consoles, amplifiers, processors and dimmers. "Gourmet
P A" will accept truck freight and UPS shipments once a return
authorization number has been issued by our office. Unlike other service companies you can supply the parts for your repair. For dealers, parts orders may be billed directly to your OEM account. We require a $45 deposit with each item received for servicing. Our in-shop service rate is $65 per hour. Basic estimates are $65 and detailed estimates are billed at our hourly rate. Please note that most manufacturers do not cover "No Problem Found" issues under warranty. Large format consoles typically 32 channels or more are billed at $95 for each service hour, and generally are serviced by two technicians simultaneously.
